Buying more RV’s over my RVing journey than I would like to reveal. Being older now, we thought our RV days were over. But we got the fever again and decided to look for a smaller used unit. Traveling 150 miles to Lerch RV, proved to be well worth the trip. We found the RV that was perfect for our smaller truck, was given a very fair deal. The after sale helps and responses were much more than expected on a used unit. I would make the trip again and highly recommend Lerch RV…

They have a very welcoming lobby with a no pressure approach to sales. You’re able to go out and spend as much time as you like going through the campers. Miriah was very helpful answering our questions. They were very thorough going over our trailer with us out in the bay. They answered all our questions. I even had a wiring problem with my truck trailer brake system that they fixed free of charge. I definitely would recommend Lerch for anyone in the market for a camper.

The sales staff was terrific and personable. They let us check out the trailers by ourselves giving us absolutely no pressure or hassle. They answered all our questions thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. Gave me a good trade-in price and the purchase price was very good. They even had free soda and treats for customers to eat! Lerch RV is a beautiful and spacious facility. Excellent staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful and answered any questions we had. The process of looking at RV’s through finalizing purchase went very smooth. The dealership picked-up of our trade to the delivery of our new destination trailer couldn’t have gone any better. Person delivering the new trailer was extremely nice and helpful. He did an excellent job of placing the trailer where we wanted it to be even though we had a somewhat challenging lot for it to be set-up on. He stayed with us until he was sure we were satisfied and had no more questions. Thank you for everything!

We have been customers of Lerch’s for almost twenty years. We recently purchased our third Travel Trailer from them. We have been extremely impressed with the quality of our previous campers. We had “shopped” for a camper for some time visiting numerous camper dealerships but when we visited Lerch RV we felt right at home. They let you browse the entire inventory without being bothered by salespeople if we needed a salesperson they were there to answer your questions. From the moment we arrived and they handed us a clipboard outlining their inventory as well as a place to take notes I knew this was the dealer we would work with to purchase our camper. From the time we walked through the door, everyone treated us like we were family. There was no pressure to buy as we got to walk through without someone and discuss our options between ourselves. After looking at new and used models we found a used camper that is just right for us. The sales/finance staff was absolutely wonderful to deal with.
