Lerch RV has a great selection of both used and new to look at. Also, the salesman was very nice and didn’t pressure us. When we picked up our camper the technician went over everything with us for as long as we needed. The service department was very helpful when we had a problem with our jacks. Beth in finance was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Overall a very great experience.

WE HAVE OUR CAMPER ON A PERMANENT SIGHT AT RAYSTOWN LAKE WHERE WE HAVE BEEN GOING EVERY WEEKEND SINCE THE MIDDLE OF APRIL. WE LOVE THE NEW CAMPER. IT HAS SO MUCH ROOM AND WE LOVE SPENDING TIME IN IT. A1 experience. Everybody was helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to get my trailer ready in 2 days!!! Also, service department installed a brake booster and as an added bonus, he hooked up my weight distribution hitch and went over everything thoroughly before I left the lot. Will definitely be purchasing all my needs and next RV from Lerch. Even though I live 100 miles away it was definitely worth the trip.

Our second purchase from lerch’s in four years was again just amazing! Everyone that works there were just so kind and helpful. Just an added extra touch is When you walk in coffee is awaiting. I like how when you tell them what your looking for they take you out and show you where to look then you can enjoy looking over the inventory without a sales person, I really like that the most cause there isn’t any stress.
