Bought our travel trailer a little over a year ago. Got a great price at the Hershey RV show and the follow up service has been great. Had a couple of warranty issues and the folks at Lerch were very helpful getting repairs done in a timely manner.

Picked up our new 2020 Durango 333 RLT fifth wheel last November. Financing rate was best offer I got anywhere. Sales dept. was easy to work with and had no problem making all the changes I requested. The service dept did an excellent job making the changes and explaining the operation of the RV. I always felt uncomfortable with salespeople, especially when purchasing a car. Still, the sales staff at Lerch all work together, even if your salesperson is busy with other customers, anyone in the office is willing to help you or answer any questions that may have, and there is a no-pressure experience.
