I bought my Outback RV a few years ago from Lerch. I wanted to thank and commend your parts staff (Megan) for the excellent service provided last week. A branch struck the bathroom roof vent on my camper and cracked it and after providing photos, Megan was able to identify the part I needed and ship it to me free of a shipping charge. My wife and I are most appreciative and caring your staff provided and it is extremely rare nowadays! When we’re ready for a new camper, we will definitely be back to see you folks!
